IONEX Systems

IONEX Systems came to New Wave with a strong technical capability - custom electrical panel fabrication, PLC/SCADA/HMI integration, and full Industrial IoT (IIoT) build-outs - but no brand to carry that proof to market. They were competing against legacy industrial firms with decades of recognition, and against new automation startups with venture-backed marketing budgets. They needed an identity that read instantly as precise, engineered, and serious - and a website that could speak fluently to plant managers, controls engineers, and procurement leads in a single visit, while opening the door to multi-industry pursuits across oil & gas, manufacturing, water, and process control.

We built IONEX from the mark up. The wordmark pairs a heavy industrial 'IO' in signal-black with a vibrant 'NEX' in IONEX Red (#E30613), bridged by a sweeping red arc and a small precision gear over the 'O' - encoding the founding promise: ions in motion, connected systems, engineered precision. The palette commits to a disciplined three-color signature - IONEX Red, Signal Black, Precision White - applied across every touchpoint with deep charcoal industrial photography as the supporting bed. The brand voice was anchored to two paired promises: 'Smarter Systems, Seamless Solutions.' and 'Manufacturing & Automation for a Better Future.' The website was then architected around how industrial buyers actually evaluate integrators - Design & Fabrication leads with the physical proof (panels, wiring, testing), Automated Solutions & System Integration follows with the digital proof (PLC, SCADA, HMI, IIoT), and a 'Who We Work With' client wall closes the credibility loop.

Delivered a complete brand identity (IONEX wordmark + arc/gear lockup, signal-black/red/white palette, brand standards), a fully responsive website (Home, Services hub with Design & Fabrication and Automation & System Integration sub-pages, About, Gallery, Contact), industrial-grade product photography treatment, a featured client logo wall, and an SEO foundation targeting custom panel fabrication, system integration, PLC/SCADA, HMI, and Industrial IoT searches.
