The Malcolm Hotel
The Malcolm Hotel sits in one of the most visually competitive hospitality markets in Canada. Surrounded by world-class mountain scenery and luxury properties, the hotel needed a social presence that felt as premium as the stay itself - one capable of selling the atmosphere, the dining, the pool deck, the rooms, and the Canmore lifestyle in a way that made people stop scrolling and start planning a visit.
We approached The Malcolm like a destination brand, not just a hotel. Every content shoot was built around the moments travellers actually buy: waking up to the Three Sisters, cocktails after a day in the mountains, winter hot tub rituals, candlelit dinners at Stirling Grill, wedding weekends, and the quiet luxury of a creekside room. Alongside the always-on social program, we developed a hero brand film designed to feel bigger than standard resort content - a cinematic asset that leads the story and anchors the rest of the campaign.
A premium monthly content system: resort photography, short-form vertical social assets, editorial-style feed designs, room and amenity storytelling, dining and wedding content, and a flagship feature video placement that acts as the centrepiece of the case study and the broader content program.

Quiet Luxury, Built for the Scroll.
The Malcolm Hotel is the calm, premium side of Canmore - Three Sisters views, candlelit dining at Stirling Grill, hot tubs in the snow. We built a content world that sells the feeling of staying there: slow, scenic, unmistakably elevated, and anchored by a hero brand film that lets the property speak for itself.

Luxury hospitality, built for the scroll.
For The Malcolm Hotel, we built a premium social content system around the moments guests actually book - mountain-view rooms, pool deck rituals, Stirling Grill dining, weddings, and the quiet luxury of Canmore - anchored by a larger-format hero brand film designed to stop the scroll and sell the full resort experience.
